We are a Chilean company specializing in providing international mobility services to businesses that need to relocate their executives or teams. ContactoChile was established in 2002, making it the first Chilean company to offer comprehensive immigration and relocation services.

Paulina Herrera

Paulina worked for over 15 years in multinational companies and spent part of her life living in the United States and France. This experience inspired her to establish ContactoChile in 2002, making her a pioneer in the industry in Chile. In 2007, she played a crucial role in forming the network of associates for Latin America and the Caribbean, known as HRS Relocation. Through her efforts and dedication to the company’s professional and technical development, she successfully built an exceptional team.
Regrettably, Paulina passed away in June 2022, leaving behind a profound legacy both professionally and personally. Her example as a remarkable woman leader, guided by strong principles and a deep commitment to the common good, continues to inspire us every day as we carry forward the excellence of the second generation of ContactoChile.

María Pilar Herrera

Pilar, co-founder of ContactoChile, began her career as an education consultant in 2003. With over 21 years of experience as an educator in prominent schools in Santiago, she brings a deep understanding of the Chilean educational system. Her work led to the establishment of our school search service. Alongside Paulina, she fostered relationships with educational institutions and expanded our relocation services, assisting our clients not only in choosing schools but also providing comprehensive support for expatriates—from pre-move preparations in their home country to settling in their destination.
Pilar, now a Senior Relocation Consultant, handles complex cases with excellence and expertise.

Business Engineer with over 10 years of work experience in the mining, entertainment, and international mobility industries. María Paz leads the company, driving growth, establishing trustful relationships with our clients, creating and maintaining international alliances in the relocation and immigration sector, generating networks that provide market insight and keep ContactoChile at the forefront of corporate practices and policies.

María Paz Cárdenas

CEO

HR Administration Engineer with a Diploma in Immigration Legislation and hiring of foreign workers. With more than 11 years of experience in migration, she has trained a committed team expert in migration services. She has successfully implemented the new Chilean immigration law and developed the area of legal processes. She stands out with her ability to solve conflicts in procedures of the National Migration Service.

Valeria Muñoz

Immigration Manager

Throughout her career, she has worked in the areas of administration, management, and planning. Since 2013, she has been the Operations Manager, meticulously handling the details of all the company’s procedures and actions. Supervising that the provision of services and the response to requirements is carried out effectively, efficiently, and with quality, representing a fundamental piece for our success.

Carmen Gloria Monzó

Operations Manager

Ximena has more than two decades of experience in industries such as Mining, Construction, banking, retail, and HR. She has held key roles as Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator. She holds a degree in General Accounting, Executive Assistant, and Logistics Engineer and speaks 3 languages, English, Portuguese, and Spanish. She was an expatriate in England, Spain, and India, acquiring vast experience in cultural diversity for correct empathy with her assignees.

Ximena Vidal

Relocation Consultant

Successfully adapted to Chilean culture, its educational system, and everyday life in Santiago, thereby providing a first-source relocation service to our assignees and their families. Since 2016, she has been working in the Chilean real estate market and speaks 3 languages, Spanish, English, and French.

Martha Migliano

Relocation Consultant

A Business Administrator with more than 20 years of experience in trusted administrative positions, such as Management Assistant in consulting and engineering companies. She joined the team in 2017 with the aim of professionalizing and standardizing the administrative processes of the company’s accounting and financial area, in charge of leading the digitization process of that area and of the team of accounting administrators of ContactoChile.

All employees sign a confidentiality agreement regarding the use of information, which will be used exclusively for what has been expressly authorized. The protection of data entrusted by our clients is of utmost importance, our channels and platforms, both internal and digital, operate with a protected and reliable internal system.

WORK ETHICS

Unrestricted Commitment Against Corruption

We adhere to a strict anti-corruption policy where everyone must meet the highest standards of integrity, respect, and honesty. We strictly comply with all national and international laws that prohibit improper payments or incentives. Our collaborators neither offer nor accept gifts of any kind to public or private officials, and facilitation payments are completely prohibited. We reject the payment of commissions from suppliers in the Relocation chain, such as in property brokers.
